Open call for the people who wants to do the organızatıon for some of the events
Hello everyone!
We are organizing a pre-J-fest meeting to discuss topics such as decor, event organizations, etc. that require early preparations. We invite everybody who wants to support the festival, who would like to see how the organization of the festival is held and who would like to take responsibilities for certain topics to Çadır Circus Studio in Kadıköy – HasanpaÅŸa for the festival meeting between 2 pm to 5 pm on August 31st. Then we will go to Moda Park for an after-meeting juggling session.
Also, this is an OPEN CALL for the people who may want to do the organization for the events written in the list below during the festival!
We kindly ask you to contact us at jfestinfo@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to coordinate and organize these activities for this year. (Even if you can’t come to the meeting, we ask you to contact us if you want to take the responsibility for the event.) But don’t worry! When there is a need, we will be there for you.) :D
* In general, the festival only provides a meal ticket per each event for people who take responsibilities for the events mentioned below. (Varies per event.)
* The festival will provide the technical requirements such as sound, lighting system and help with the decorations if demanded earlier.
-Renegade/ 26th September Thursday night 00.00
-Non-juggling Games/ 23rd September Monday 23.00
-Fire Night / 27th September Friday 22.30
-Kids Area/Every day (2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon, 4 hours in total)
Finally, we would like to announce that we have changed this year's theme as “SKY". We are looking forward to meeting you at the festival pre-meeting in Çadır Studio.
